This gentle late-summer Qigong practice is designed to harmonize the Earth element and support the spleen and stomach — the organs of grounding, nourishment, and balance. Through flowing movements, gentle tapping, and mindful breathwork, you’ll activate the body’s energy channels to aid digestion, release tension, and cultivate inner stability.
Each exercise in this class helps you reconnect with your center — physically, emotionally, and energetically. You’ll learn to draw energy from the Earth and Heaven, strengthen your core (dantian), and restore harmony to your whole system.
